1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and mstar88 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the services available athttps://mstar88.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

mstar88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform offering live casino games, slots, sports wagering, arcade games, lottery services, and related entertainment products primarily to users in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing the mstar88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on mstar88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mstar88 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or be registered with any gambling self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration.
5. Not Employed by mstar88: Employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of mstar88 or its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts on the Platform.
6. Single Account: You may hold only one active account on mstar88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify mstar88 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mstar88 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Never save your password in an unencrypted format or share it via any electronic communication channel.

mstar88 will not be held liable for any financial loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Payments

mstar88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following verified payment channels: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT.

All deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. mstar88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may impose their own fees for which mstar88 accepts no liability.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for standard payment methods; RM50 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• The payment account used for deposit must be registered in the same name as the mstar88 account.
• Deposits made via third-party accounts will be rejected and refunded to the originating account.
• mstar88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction confirmation) before crediting disputed deposits.
• In the event of a failed deposit that has been debited from your payment account, you must contact support with the transaction reference number. mstar88 will investigate and resolve the matter within two business days.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your mstar88 account are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests require completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address where applicable.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 for e-wallet withdrawals; RM50 for bank transfer withdrawals via FPX or DuitNow.
3. Account Name Matching: The withdrawal destination account (bank account, e-wallet, or crypto wallet) must be registered in the same name as the mstar88 account.star88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. Wagering Requirements: Any Bonus Funds credited to your account must have their applicable wagering requirements fully met before the resulting balance can be withdrawn.
5. Processing Times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are processed within 30minutes to 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1–3 network confirmations. Gold VIP members benefit from an express3-minute e-wallet processing queue.
6. Daily Withdrawal Limits: Bronze tier — RM 5,000 per day; Silver tier — RM 20,000 per day; Gold VIP — RM 100,000 per day. Limits are subject to change and may be adjusted at mstar88's discretion based on account standing and verification status.

mstar88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request that triggers our fraud prevention or anti-money laundering protocols. In such cases, processing may be temporarily paused pending verification, and the Player will be notified via the registered email address.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mstar88 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, loyalty tier rewards, and promotional offers. All bonuses are governed by specific terms stated at the point of claim. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, and per device (IP address), unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using the Player's own deposited funds and/or Bonus Funds in accordance with the promotion terms. Any attempt to meet wagering requirements through collusion, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of system betting may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• mstar88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of promotion abuse.
• Bonuses that have been credited in error (including technical errors or fraud) will be removed from the Player's account regardless of whether related wagers have been placed.
• Unless the promotion terms explicitly state a "cashable" designation, Bonus Funds themselves are non-cashable; only winings generated from wagering with Bonus Funds (after meeting requirements) are withdrawable.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on mstar88 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, arcade games, and lottery products — are operated in accordance with certified rules and fair play standards. The following applies:

• All slot and non-live games utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles and represent theoretical long-term averages.
• Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in certified studios and are subject to the rules displayed on-screen at the time of play. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record, not the player's client display.
• All sports betting odds are set by mstar88's trading team and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet slip is submitted and confirmed.
• mstar88 reserves the right to void any bet where technical error, pricing error, or manifest error in the offered odds has occurred. Players will be refunded the stake value of voided bets.
• The outcome of any completed and settled game or sports event is final and non-reversible except in cases of demonstrable technical error verified by our internal systems.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mstar88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or sports betting markets without express written permission from mstar88.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from exploited errors are not withdrawable and will be removed from the account balance.
• Coluding with other players in any form, including chip dumping in live casino games or coordinated sports betting for matched or arbitrage purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise the user's true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing Platform restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication toward Platform staff or other users through any available communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mstar88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and structure of the Platform, is the property of mstar88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mstar88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mstar88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network conditions.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet wagering requirements or failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.
• Any harm arising from the Player's decision to gamble beyond their financial means or in contravention of applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

mstar88's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

mstar88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and recreation — never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all mstar88 members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and session cut-offs after defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

mstar88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information.
• The Player's account activity raises concerns related to fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
• A request for self-exclusion or account closure has been submitted by the Player or by a legally authorised third party acting on the Player's behalf.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the restriction of the account.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within five business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mstar88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendments are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit a voluntary account closure request before the effective date.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which mstar88 is licensed and operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the appropriate arbitration authority as designated in the Platform's licensing terms.

For the avoidance of doubt, it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the mstar88 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their country of residence or access. mstar88 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
